I know what you're thinking, "What the heck is a Goettafest?"
Goetta is a meat product made from beef, pork, oats, and assorted spices and whatnot. Apparently, it's big in Cincinnati, but not well known elsewhere. I didn't have anything to write it down with, so I just took a picture of it.
Glier's is the company in Covington that makes the Goetta. The Goettafest is a festival where restaurants and groups set up booths and sell all sorts of things made out of Goetta. I had the Goetta Burrito, which was actually pretty good.
Below are the photos I took. There weren't many birds out. Too many people were scaring them off....
